the Michigan United Soccer League.

When you visit the MUSL site you may provide us with two types

("Active Information") through registering or using our league, and 2)
information collected, in a way not visible to you, on an aggregate
anonymous basis as you and others browse this site ("Passive Information").

Active Information You Disclose While Registering with our League.

When you register with the MUSL, you may provide us with the following information.
1) Name, 2) Email Address 3) Telephone Number Contacts. We do not sell
this information to anyone.

1) The names of any players, team administrators, league
administrators or referees will be visible to anyone with internet
access looking at our league. We are required to show schedules, scores and other statistical information for certain functionality that we choose to use.

2) Your email address can only be seen by people we have assigned to
our League. They must be logged on with their username and password. As a
league administrator you have the option to revoke access for any player
you choose. Players can only see email addresses of people in their
team. Your email address may be used by the MUSL to directly
contact you about our league.

3) Provision of Telephone numbers is optional for our league, it does
not have to be provided. If provided it can only be seen by people we
have assigned to our League. They must logged on with their username
and password. As a league administrators we have the option to revoke
access for any player we choose. Players can only see telephone numbers
of people on their team.

Active Information You Disclose When Paying To Register With The MUSL

We use PayPal for you to make your secure transaction. Your billing address, billing phone number, email and credit card information is provided directly to them. Please visit Paypal at

If you contact the MUSL via email, telephone or via postal mail the
MUSL may retain such information.

Passive Information Collected

Our site utilizes a standard technology called "cookies" to collect
information about how this site is used. Passive Information gathered
may include the date and time of visits, the site pages viewed, time
spent at this site, the sites visited just before and just after this
site. Passive Information is collected on an aggregate basis without any
association to your personal information so that you remain anonymous.

communications you may have with the MUSL via email may not be

communicate with the MUSL through these means, you are assuming
the risk of doing so and the MUSL requests that you do not send or
post sensitive information through these means.

How Can You Choose Not to Receive Information from Us or to Correct, Delete or Access Your Information

If you desire not to receive information or if you wish to access,
